OUR APPROACH
Through a collaborative process involving both private and public stakeholders, we work with the community in developing plans that reflect the desired vision of the residents, businesses and political representatives that is based on a realistic assessment of the community’s financial resources and political feasibility within the context of applicable laws. This results in plan(s) that will have a high degree of implementation.
